I give many lectures on natural history, Ornithology and Zoo-ology to dozens of charities.

We do a vast amount for the Royal British Legion in theatres and clubs all round the country. This is one of my priorities, knowing people who have died in wars and their families. I do many Festival of Remembrances on Sundays.

Several Christmases we have entertained at hospitals and have never turned a charity away. Sarah has got the nicest voice I have ever heard and brought her friends who are a vicar and his wife along to sing carol songs some Christmas eves.

I organise sponsored cycle rides to Bath for the Dorothy House Foundation and Hospice at Winsley. The last event raised 700 and Sarah's brother was one of the cyclists.

Also Bowyers has helped raise money doing sponsored things including swimming.

There was a marvellous evening at the Nursteed Centre in Devizes for the Blind, their helpers, families and friends. It was a sensation. Sarah got the helpers of the blind and some of the partially blind to dress us as St Francis 's fellow monks and join in with lots of the things and sing songs. Lady Collison who knew Sarah through legal work especially asked her to bring her St Bernard to present people with brandy at the end. It was all videod and was sent all round the world.

We do a lot to help the RSPCA and have often done entertainment at the Claverton Dogs Home in Bath.

We are looking forward to helping at all the many charities fetes. Don't forget to wear your hats and help us eat all the cakes !!!

I have opened lots of fetes. I particularly like to open the fetes for Cheshire Homes in Timsbury. They are nice people. There is a marvellous pilot injured in a plane crash and a policeman injured whilst on duty amongst many others who appreciate entertainers visiting and a good sing song at the end.

We especially like to see many of the elderly people in homes are heading towards 100 !!! Well done and keep singing.

We are looking forward to seeing Russell following his operation. Smile Russ you will be fine.

We wish all our charities well and look forward to seeing you in the future.

God Bless you all,
with love from
