The primary benefit of a Personal Number is that it can be the only number anyone requires to stay contactable. Unlike mobile phones, at the whim of network coverage and battery life, Personal Numbers will work in any U.K. telephonic medium — , via landline or wireless'.

How Personal Numbers Work

A Personal Number is attached to you, not to a telephone. Once you have been allocated your number, programming any phone to begin receiving your calls takes just a moment or two. Meanwhile, that telephone will continue to function totally normally, accepting its own calls as well as those to your Personal Number.

To re-route simply dial the central bureau, tap in your Personal Number followed by your secret PIN code, add the new destination and hang up. It's as simple as that. You can re-route as often as you like relaxing in the knowledge that you need never disclose your private, home telephone number.

 
07000 numbers can be numeric or alphanumeric (eg 07000 DONALD = 07000 366253).

 

Caller pays: 14.22p peak, 8.38 evenings & 8.38p weekends
You pay (per minute): Nothing for diversion to landlines.
Divert options: Can be diverted to any number.  Additional charges may be due for diversion to mobile or international numbers
Initial connection fee: from £99 + VAT
Annual fee: from £49 + VAT

If you already have a number with BT or another provider, you can transfer it to us at no cost and start enjoying our lower fees.  Ask for details.
