Virtual switchboard

You can combine 0870, 0845 and 0800 numbers with a virtual switchboard:
  • Greet callers with a welcome message (which can be your own voice)
  • Dial 1 for sales, Dial 2 for Bob etc - up to 9 options
  • If no answer, can go through to take voicemail, or your mobile
  • Timed diverts available - eg office hours to your office, otherwise home or voicemail
  • one off set up fee

 
Caller pays: same rates as appropriate 0870, 0845 or 0800 number
You pay (per minute): Nothing for 0870 numbers, see 0845 or 0800 number for call subsidy rates
You pay: Nothing
Divert options: Can be diverted to any number.
Initial connection fee: £299 + VAT
Annual fee: £149 + VAT
